Nice pub. Only had drinks but the food smelled good. Card machine issue was inconvenient though.

The Smokey Cow is nicely decorated, clean, tidy and has a pleasant ambience. It was quite cold while I was there. The food was fairly average but reasonably priced although the drinks were quite expensive. The service was OK, not particularly friendly. Parking is also fairly limited. Parking: Car park is quite small.

Went for a meal as a group of four. Plenty of parking in the car park. The place is clean and tidy but it was very cold inside. Good choice of drinks. Food is average. Too much mustard in the mash potatoes and one of our group asked for no broccoli, it would have been nice if they had been given extra carrots instead as the plate looked rather sparse! Personally I would rather have one 6oz burger than two 3oz patties as the smaller patties tended to be a bit dry. Waffle could have been warmer as it didn't even melt the ice cream! Live entertainment sounded good. Staff were friendly enough though. Couldn't leave a tip as I had no cash and couldn't add it to the card. You have to tip via Google or Apple Pay of which I have neither, so a shame the staff missed out.
