Shocking experience. Ordered a pump, arrived Friday, fitted it Sunday - leaking water everywhere. Emailed right away, called twice Monday to be told my husband be called back. No call back. Called at 2pm to be met by a very patronising man who told us we couldnt return for a refund or a replacement as it was now a warranty issue as the pump is used. I have no idea how they expect us to know it is broken without fitting it! Spent 20 minutes backwards and forwards with no resolution. Have now opened a claim on PayPal and they are being incredibly ignorant and not responding nor offering the resolution we expect as a paying customer which is to return the product and receive a refund! AVOID

Ordered a pump on line and picked it up as I was nearby. Clunky website interaction when establishing communication due to contact number and extension creating error message. Good service overall.

Used this company a couple of times to help repair a second hand hot tub we received. Technical team were very helpful in providing the parts identifying the problems. Very competitive prices and will most definitely be using this company again.

Simply outstanding service. I really pushed my luck by asking for help getting a second hand Arctic Spas hot tub up and running. I wasnt sure exactly what I need and I have to say. The technical team really went the extra mile to ensure my order was exactly what I need. Swift replies by real humans with a care rarely seen. As a result I have put in what Id say is a reasonable sized order because of the great service. I might have been able to find it cheaper (I doubt it as the company are very well priced) but its definitely the service for me that will keep me coming back. Thank you
