The bar stools I received yesterday are fantastic quality, beautifully made. The service from samples to organising delivery is first class. I will buy again when I need more chairs.

These guys are a truly amazing company to deal with. In every conversation they were professional, efficient, flexible, knowledgable, accessible and a joy to deal with. They stand-out against a crowd of companies who all too often disappoint without a care or concern. Furthermore, they were warm and friendly in all conversations leaving me feeling that there was nothing they wouldnt try to do to make things easier for me. Everything they said they would do happened precisely on time. Additionally, the service was very personal with them remembering exactly who I was in every conversation. I cannot tell you how rare this combination seems to be these days. Its so unusual that I want to shout from the rooftops with delight; share my wonderful experience and support their business. I contacted them because all the off-the-shelf upholstered dining chairs I had seen in the shops were poorly made with poorly fitted upholstery - as an upholsterer myself I wanted something better. They can produce a wide range of dining chairs and other chairs and have hundreds of fabric choices to suit any room or taste and will include contrast piping and other details to your preference. They were quickly able to short list a range of good quality fabrics for me from my colour preferences and send me samples to chose from. Within days of me placing an enquiry with the company they came to my house with sample chairs for me to see and sit on in my home. I placed my order for 8 upholstered dining chairs instantly on seeing the samples. The chairs have been hand-made for me with the utmost care and attention. They are a UK based operation. There are other UK companies who do this but they charge twice as much. When the building work I was having done fell behind they were only to willing to store the chairs for longer without complaint or charge. I have no doubt these chairs will last for many years. There are so few companies these days where you can phone up and get straight through to the person who is managing your order and they are so charming to deal with that it feels almost like you have gained a new friend. They have quite restored my faith in businesses that operate largely online without stores and are an example to small businesses around the world.

Bought 16 dining chairs in 2018, They have been nothing but trouble ,Reported material failure in the "leatherette" within 2 months ,with the rest disintigrating over the following 10months , The rude customer service representative told us it was basically tough luck as we were out of 12 month guarantee !! no offer of support .Due to construction almost impossible to repair. Therefore 16 hardly used milano chairs heading to the tip !! worst company we have ever dealt with !!
