We visited this farm shop and cafe by chance as we passed by and decided to stop for lunch. from the outside it looked lovely. The cafe was inside a large barn which looked very nice, we had to wait to be seated which took ages considering there were plenty of seating available and staff were in no hurry. This seemed to be a theme throughout. We were eventually seated given a menu and then ignored for 10 minutes and I had to ask if we could order, we were told someone would be with us in a moment. We waited another 10 minutes then got up and left. This was really disappointing as the food brought out to the table next to us, looked amazing. But sat in a cafe for 20 minutes waiting to be served when they were only less than half full is totally unacceptable

Very disappointed with lunch yesterday. Specials board Pork bap with roast potatoes 10.95. Was asked if I wanted gravy luckily said yes as was the only part enjoyed. Pork bap was unpleasant dry and tasteless couldn't finish.

Great cafe Generous food portions Exceptionally frendly staff Highly recommend asking for a "wild encounter" when you visit!!
