        Had 2 combi storage heaters fitted by Lee and Kevin two friendly professional guys who got on with the job and were very efficient and informative. Absolutely chuffed to bits with the heaters as we were having difficulty in finding a storage heater company which provides an installation service too. Searched online and found H W ELECTRIC. The service was excellent from start to finish. Matt was so helpful in choosing the right sized storage heater for our needs. Highly recommend

        I had x7 Elnur Storage Heaters fitted at my home three weeks ago by this firm.I can honestly say Matts team(Lee,Kevin and Sam) were a pleasure to have in my home.They arrived at 8am,absolutely on time, and were professional,knowledgeable and efficient throughout the whole job.Their good humour was a bonus! I would certainly recommend this company without reservation if you are renewing existing heaters, or purchasing storage heaters for the first time.The team were exceptionally clean and tidy at the end of the job, which was another mighty plus in their favour.All packaging and old heaters/bricks etc were taken away without fuss. Prior to the work being carried out I found Matt at HW Electric really approachable+ helpful on the phone with advice and competitive pricing.Thank You!A great team.

        Great Service, a few minor problems - mainly of my doing but all sorted either via email or phone call. Called a few times and when no reply, Matt called back normally within minutes.

        We had 7 Elnur storage heaters fitted and received excellent service throughout. Matt was fast and friendly with advice and quotes, and flexible to rearrange fitting when we had to cancel a fitting date due to catching covid. His 3 fitters were punctual, hard working, friendly and funny. Matt was quick to email serial numbers to the manufacturer when I had trouble finding the numbers to register for the warranty. Highly recommended, dont hesitate to order with this company.
