        What a wonderful care home. The staff and management team have taken care of my mum since May - they have made her feel comfortable and settled the entire time. I would highly recommend to anyone.

        I thought I needed to comment on the ridiculous allegations made by Paul Branch. As the deputy manager of Hillcroft I take great pride in the callibre, empathy and care given to our wonderful residents. My registered manager and care team provide excellent individualised, compassionate, person centred care. This was also identified recently by our excellent CQC report. Clearly Paul due to my professional status I would not discuss your reasons for dismissal. I think your ridiculous allegations give a definition to your character which wasnt appropriate for our clients or the good name of our home. As your comments are of a personal nature I ask people to draw there own conclusion. A very amused, Deputy manager and passionate focused nurse.
