You can actually see a doctor face to face as well as have a telephone conversation. Also you aren't kept waiting long for them to answer the phone.

refuse to give any face to face with out a telephone consultation which was three weeks away Clare who is practice manager i find restrictive and lacks knowledge of recent NHS giudelines which are below The NHS has told general practices to return to offering patients face-to-face appointments without needing prior telephone or online triage, reversing a policy that has been in place since the start of the pandemic.

My personal experience has always been good,I have had to have several appointments in the last 2 years (Since covid) due to ongoing issues. But also I have had a few infections that have also required treatment. Everything I have had to call the surgery i have been dealt with efficiently and always got the appropriate appointment either by appointment either over the phone or face to face. I can't thank the Dr's and all the staff enough.
