Had a bad accident last year resulting in a write off, Neil was more than helpful when I got in touch about a car on his forecourt and arranged for me to go there straight away. I explained the situation and Neil took this on board and even offered to purchase the car back once my new car arrived, he allowed me to take the car for a test drive and did all the paperwork and sorted the tax which made the whole thing a straightforward and easy experience. Neil is genuine, honest and an all round good black country bloke and would recommend to anyone, very reasonable prices and 3 month warranty on his cars too. True to his word I got in touch once my new car arrived and Neil brought the car back off me, hard to come by people who stay true to their word 6 months down the line. Can see why Neil has been in business there for 20 years! Thanks again
