        I have visited Pampered for both Gel nails and for reflexology. Both were at a very competitive price but most of all both were very good. Reflexology is very relaxing and a great way to have any little tweaks found in the body. Great range of colours for nails and a great job done on both toes and fingers. Apart from the treatments, it's the other things that make such a difference, the relaxed atmosphere, complimentary drink, and aftercare information. Already have my next four appointments booked!
