        If you haven't discovered this yoga haven in the heart of Worcester yet you are missing a real treat. They offer a style of yoga to suit everyone , from hatha, yin, aerial, hot, ashtanga vinyassa and the magic that is kundalini. Still not convinced then you need to try a Sound Bath, an experience truly not to be missed.
