Amazing yoga teacher!! Whether you're a beginner or a confirmed yogi, Aimee's classes are the perfect blend of energising exercise and soothing relaxation. Her pregnancy yoga classes are also really lovely. Highly recommended!

I cant recommend Namo Yoga & Massage enough! I try to have a massage from Aimee at least once a month, shes an incredible mobile masseuse that always makes me feel relaxed & restored. She offers great advice and tips for anything Ive had any niggles or pains with. I also try to attend Namo yoga as much as I can as I always feel the benefits instantly. Ive recently made much more of an effort to attend Aimees prenatal classes which are the highlight of my week. Aimee is a well experienced yoga teacher that supports all abilities and is clearly knowledgable when it comes to yoga and massage. Her bubbly and welcoming personality also cant go unmentioned, thank you!

What's so good about Namo Yoga...? Firstly, I think its that Aimee is serious about teaching yoga. She has an obvious natural ability for it and did her formal training in India. Where better? What comes across in her classes is that she wants to be the best yoga teacher she can be, and that is an infectious attitude. Having said that classes are always friendly, relaxed and informal and there's no need for beginners to feel intimidated. There is a wide range of ages, physiques and abilities among the group. No-one is ever made to feel inadequate or inferior and there's no pressure to excel. Most exercises have an easier version which Aimee explains. Some exercises are beyond me, so I go as far as I can with them and that's ok, and if ever I want to rest, I do so and I join in again when I'm ready. Classes begin and end with a few minutes of guided relaxation. In-between, we have little idea of where Aimee is going to take us. We always do well-known exercises of course, but there's always a new exercise or a new sequence, or we do a familiar exercise in a slightly different way. This means you have to pay attention, it keeps you 'in the moment' and the time flies by! Every class is different, but I always feel engaged, interested and comfortable. I'm certain Aimee plans a routine of exercises for every class, buts she rarely, if ever, refers to a notebook. It all comes from her mind. As true professionals do, she makes her task look easy. She also keeps a mental note of any ailments you might have and enquires after them, especially if today's exercises might be a strain on them. She also explains where to expect the 'stretch' in your body, which is a great guide to what you're trying to achieve. Finally, Aimee is an excellent communicator. Her style is always friendly, relaxed and inclusive. She acknowledges and includes the spiritual dimension of yoga practice, but she doesn't assume that you do. She's never pretentious about it and she never over-does it. She describes the exercises very clearly and un-hurriedly. She keeps a watch on the class to see if anyone needs help and if they do she offers it with encouragement and without judgement. Seemingly without effort Aimee motivates me to improve my yoga, and indeed my overall fitness, and I always have a feeling of 'wellbeing' after a class. Many of these practices will be common to other yoga classes, of course, but rarely will they all be found in one place. I've been a regular to Aimee's class for about a year, and will continue as long as I can. I thoroughly recommend Namo Yoga.
