Ordered a nilfisk patio cleaner, which turned up by dpd very fast. Unfortunately it started to leak on its first use.After phoning Avern they sorted out nilfisks problems by sending me a new one straight away. Ryan was super helpful and replied to my emails very quickly. Would order from here again.

Although our order turned up wrong the customer service was the best we have ever encountered which says a lot for the company. Ryan is a credit to the company and sorted the issue out courteously and professionally. Top man.

Appalling customer service, ordered a linen trolley which I was informed would take 3-4 working days. 7 days later I contacted to find out where it was and I was informed of a full refund and that I would receive the item by the 4th of March as they do not have it in stock. I still had not received the item by the 4th of march and when I spoke to customer service I was told that my order was cancelled by someone, to this I was not informed.

Disgusting. I ordered a hoover from them and a few days later was told the order was undeliverable. This was clearly rubbish as they simply increased the the price of the item which was then delivered a few days later. They clearly simply cancelled my first order so they could charge more. Absolutely disgusting and fraudulent, unfair trading practices
