The worse courier service I have ever come across. Was due to deliver my running machine from Lovells on Monday , they went to wrong address, took a photo which I then had to prove wasn't my address , made me wait 5 days for another delivery. I have waited in all day, first it was delayed 4 hours and now they have just cancelled altogether ... 2 days wasted on this useless excuse of a courier service. I have told Lovell I'll never order with them again because of this company. Shocking honestly.

Worst delivery company ever. DO NOT USE. Firstly they delayed delivery of a new fridge freezer by a WEEK because apparently one of their vans 'broke down'. Meaning we had a fridge/freezer full of food go to waste as we had to cope without a fridge/freezer for a week (couldn't use the old one as the pump gave out when it was switched back on). They were then paid extra to deliver the new fridge freezer to our first floor flat, arrived here without the proper equipment and refused to carry it up the stairs manually. Leaving a pensioner without a fridge freezer which was stuck in a hallway in his block of flats. Firing off complaints about this company as we speak. Disgusting. Customer service non-existent.

Very poor customer service no phone call to say it would not be delivered had to phone up only to be told there was a planning problem and item would not be coming and no date for next delivery. Then went back to supplier to get them to sort it out.
