I cant speak highly enough of Dan and the service provided by Monarch Car Sales. It was very clear from my first contact that Dan is a man of integrity. He initially provided me with a full verbal history of the vehicle that I eventually purchased and treated me with respect, which sadly isnt always forthcoming for female drivers. I would highly recommend this company. My vehicle has a full service history and although an older model, is perfect for my needs at present and the sale went very smoothly. An incredible service from start to finish. The best dealer experience Ive had in 30 years of buying and selling cars. Even though the 2008 Toyota I bought already had 10 months MoT, a fresh MoT was put on the car and ALL the advisories corrected from the prior one - including some reasonably big parts like suspension arms and exhaust. Plus any cosmetic issues with body and wheels were addressed post sale without me even asking, and a fresh service done. All of that was done post sale and was totally unexpected but just showed the pride they have in selling a quality product. The car was professionally delivered to my door by a flatbed transporter. My dealings with Matt were super, the whole process was done remotely and I couldnt be happier. I will certainly be back.
