        I would highly recommend Pitman Training Worcester. I have taken a number of AAT exams as an external candidate and the service is both friendly and professional, worthy of five stars rating.

        Absolutely shocking organisation! I signed up for a graphics design course early in January of this year, and found it to be average at best in terms of materials. I was barely on the course for two weeks and wanted a refund. I paid a 300 deposit and they refused to give me the money back. I would seek an higher power but wouldnt know who to ask. Be careful if you sign up to a course with this organisation and want to opt out because you cannot get your money back. I feel like my money has been stolen and there should be a money back guarantee if you leave the course at a certain time.

        Jazz and Stephanie have always been very kind and professional when I sat exams with them. My emails were always answered quickly and they were happy to explain everything so I wasn't stressed when sitting an exam. Highly recommend Pitman Training Worcester :)

        I have been going to Pitman since September 2021 after deciding to improve my excel skills. Right from the beginning I was made to feel at ease and supported all the way. This course fitted around my full-time job and I was able to go at my own pace. Most of the time I studied at home but wished I had gone to the centre more as Jaz was such a great help and made me feel reassured.
