I choose this hire company over the other local firm based on their cheery customer service on the phone (first impressions do count) Although I'd given dimensions of the side access over the phone, I hadn't mentioned my gate was side on, not face on to the road. This meant the digger didn't have the turn circle needed, Brett was super helpful, he took time to measure the other access and then suggested taking out the fence panel and gravel board. (That worked) Brett took time to show me all the controls and answer questions I had about the machine. I needed the digger for longer than I had originally planned, again this wasn't any problem at all. I will be finishing my garden in the spring, and I will definitely be calling Ermin for the tools needed to complete the job. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for a very great experience.

Staff are always friendly and helpful and Andy has gone above and beyond by offering to deliver the out of stock item I needed on my last 2 visit's ... highly recommend .

The Blackpole, Worcester team have been fantastic, we've used them several times during our home renovation, they are friendly, efficient, great value for money and they'll always do whatever they can to ensure you get the equipment you need whenever you need it.
