Very unhappy with the driver last night who picked me up in the white Mercedes first of all he said he'll be 15 minutes and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes on top of that and when I got into the car as he was driving he was playing on his phone which is endangering my life I always use this taxi company and now because of this one person I'm never going to use it ever again

Called the taxi firm from the phone in reception at Worcester Royal. My son had been rushed in and I left the hospital at 4 am. Obtained a price to Redditch and when taxi arrived was told it would be more expensive and I didn't live in Redditch! Wow, I'm not expecting it for free or the price I was given over the phone could have been wrong, but to spend 10 minutes discussing my post code with driver and him declaring I'm not a Redditch resident, almost hilarious, if it was at all funny. Sort your service out and don't commit to jobs you clearly don't want to do. Particularly when your the number one number in the hospital reception. Hope the feedback helps you improve.
