Don't bother unless you are desperate. Charged me 46 from worcester to Kidderminster when I only paid 21 with Uber the day before. Joke price !!!

Quoted 14 from Smite to Droitwich station (3 miles) on the app. Received a call from the office saying I needed to pay 27 instead, because of a 'boundary charge' and because they needed to come from Worcester to collect me. I've never heard such nonsense in all my life. Cancelled and booked with Blue Door instead, much better, cost 10. Return journey on the same day from the station home via the Drive Taxi app was 11 and service was 100 times better. No mention of the over double the price 'boundary charge'. Woober are clearly con artists, would never use. Even if they were my last option, I'd just walk instead.

A highly unpleasant experience from beginning to end as the driver was hostile, rude and abusive. Will certainly not be using them ever again now.

We booked an 8 seater 2 weeks in advance to take our group out for a birthday celebration. Having confirmed it the night before I was pretty upset when they sent a 4 seater. This was eventually resolved but we were half an hour late for our table booking. The worst part of the experience was the incredibly rude man I spoke to who just kept telling me I'd booked it incorrectly.

Ive used Woober for months, and it was reliable to begin with, however the service has taken a massive dive. I commute to London via Train, and take a taxi to the station on a morning with a prebooking (I always book the day before to make sure theres lots of notice). The times of arrival have slowly been creeping up until the last 2 times, they havent turned up and after calling the office (which isnt open on a morning at commuter times, you get a random driver) they turned up over 30 minutes after the prebooked time. The second time, the driver even took a longer route and charged me more than usual. When I challenged it, he said its not his fault. Ive missed trains which puts me massively out of pocket and they drivers seem completely apathetic. Whilst my previous experiences were positive based on recent do not use if you need reliability or consistency.
