        Ordered a black cab to the hospital as I have a pushchair and no car seat. Ordered at 11am told 10 mins it will be there. Taxi turned up and it was a normal car so I couldnt get in with my baby as id explained I had no car seat. My appointment was at 11.30 I had to miss a very important appointment as they sent wrong taxi. I called was told boss would be there at 12.30 so I could speak to him. Then I called at 12.50 to be told he wont be in till the evening and he will call me back.
