Booked a taxi for 15:30, turned up at 15:47 (15:49) by my phone, had a train to catch 16:14 arrived at station 16:10 (16:12) by my phone, had to run to get the trai lucky trai was delayed by 1 minute otherwise I would have been in a right pickle, emailed company not interested just blamed traffic. The six Ps come to mind. Do not use this taxi service
