Had my first session with Monika today Will most definitely be going again. The best sports massage Ive had, very comfortable and clean room. Monika is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Recommend to anybody suffering with pain or who regularly exercises

Some years ago I was suffering from severe back and shoulder pain from too much desk/computer work. I was lucky enough to find Monika. Using deep tissue massage she treated the muscular pain in my shoulders and back with excellent results. At the same time I took up kayaking (flat water racing), training several times a week; the need for regular deep tissue massage quickly became apparent. 10 years on and now in my late 60s, and thanks to Monika, I am still very much enjoying my sport. Monika is an outstanding sports therapist with considerable knowledge and experience both within private practice and supporting sports teams. I am immensely grateful to her for keeping me on the road and highly recommend her practice.

I have had regular sports massages by Monika for just over 7 years now. She treats muscular pain in my neck, shoulders & back with excellent results & keeps me going. She does the best deep tissue massage ever & has used acupuncture , when needed , to help with the pain. She also suggests exercises to do at home. She is a lovely, confident & knowledgeable lady , who I can talk to with ease. She always treats me as if I was the most important person, which is so rare these days. She is simply charming! I totally recommend Monika to help anyone suffering with aches & pains.
