Excellent, friendly service from Dave at the Worcester shop. Thought my daughters school shoes were beyond repair, but Dave fixed quickly and for a great price! Saved myself alot of money getting them repaired. Would highly recommend.

I was over charged for reheeling of my boots. I checked with another branch and a asked the different member of staff who was serving when I went to pick them up. Both would have charged me less. I trusted Timpsons. Thankfully the second member of staff was very apologetic and gave me one pair free of charge. Disappointing.
