Fiona is extremely unprofessional & ignorant. She has claimed that negative reviews are fake but trust me, this is not fake. Message me yourself before you agree to work with this woman, she threatened us when we said we did not enjoy her class, and we were more than happy to pay for the ONE class we actually attended, but she insisted we pay for SIX classes that we didnt even do, or Want to do. Atrocious customer service, Fiona you are RUDE.

Please disregard the negative reviews on this Google Reviews page - they are spam & fake reviews which have been reported to Facebook but they refuse to remove them. I have 5 * reviews from customers who have attended our workshops over the last 5 years.

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience with Fiona, and I would STRONGLY AVOID ANY SERVICES SHE PROVIDES SCAM. Due to personal circumstances and work commitments I could only attend my first session of the Soft furnishings course which I was extremely excited to start. Fiona had cancelled my first session which was fine so we continued the following week. After finding out I would not beable to make the rest of the course (only had first session) due to work commitments, I had given Fiona notice to say I can no longer attend and I was more than happy to pay for the Thursday night session and return sewing needles she had kindly leant to me. ( which was all done over txt msg) I have all txt to proove. I had then received a msg from Fiona saying she did not receive my txt (which I can proove she did) and that she was taking me to Court and threatening me with CCJ's if I didn't pay her for the full course, which as you can imagine I was absolutely stunned by her response it was just shocking and horrifying being threatened with CCJ's. I thought I had dealt with the misunderstandings with Fiona and offered to pay for the Thursday night, but she continued to send me threatening txt messages and then nastily had put a review on my own Business page which had nothing to do with me not being able to attend her course slating my business. Fiona is extremely unprofessional and I would STRONGLY AVOID ANY CONTACT SHE WILL SCAM YOU! I am so happy I had spoken with a Solocitor who advised me not to pay Fiona a penny. TOTAL SCAM! And will try to scare you into paying!
