I'm glad I chose Faithful Alarms as one of the companies to look at my ancient alarm system and for the install of CCTV at my home. The meeting with Martin at the property to discuss my needs was great, and so we put everything in place. The installation (over 2 days) by Daryll and his team went beyond my expectations. They did everything they could to ensure the set up was exactly how I would have liked it. The wires have all been professionally put in place, and I couldn't have asked for a more polite and courteous team. They couldn't have been better.

Following the number of burglaries in the Ledbury and surrounding areas we wanted an alarm installed. Our first thought was ADT but having read so many negative reviews about that company we decided to look on the SSAIB website and through their website we found local company Faithful Alarms listed as being a member. From the initial phone call to the installation took less than a week and the service and installation was second to none. The 3 installers took great care in our home and on completion Julian explained how it worked very thoroughly and took us through all the steps, which were so easy to operate. Finally, the Contract was just one A4 sheet of paper, no pages and pages of small print to scrutinise looking for hidden words or meanings, and all the important parts of the Contract were in bold print so nothing was hidden from the customer. Another important aspect is that the alarm is pet friendly so our dog can happily move around when it's set. Highly recommended company.
