After being made redundant I took the opportunity to change my career and to start training in Finance. After seeing a role on CY Resourcing I emailed the lady that was responsible for filling the role. I explained my circumstances and knew if I just applied I would not get anywhere. Lauren contacted me thanking me for my email and arranged a call to discuss my experience and future plans. Straight away she said I have a current role which I think will be suitable, and she was right. I was successful. Lauren has been really supportive and in regular contact. I sent a similar email to other recruitment agencies and although I had an initial conversation have had no further contact. Im really grateful to Lauren for taking the time and helping in my career change.

Lauren dealt with my application and she was fantastic from start to finish. Knowledgeable and professional and was always able to answer any questions I had. She was very supportive and kept me up to date through the whole process even on her days off. Thanks to Laurens help I managed to secure the position!

In December I was made redundant from my job. I had no idea what I should be doing or where to even start looking to find a new job. Luckily I live next to wonderful Jo who got me in contact with Lauren. Lauren was patient and understanding through the swift process of finding me a new job, she got me multiple interviews and supported me through every step. I can't thank her enough as I am now happy where I am working and am enjoying every second of it, thanks to Lauren! If I'm ever in need of finding a new job for whatever reason I know who to get in contact with.
