Ordered a new door from 5 star windows, great service from start to finish, kept up to date and very knowledgeable. Managed to see my door before it was fitted as it was in there showroom in Kidderminster! Thanks 5 star I will be recommending you to friends and family.

Top company. Had a new roof on the conservatory to replace polycarbonate, superb. Masses of insulation, lots of light via 2 glass panes. Now warm and quiet, turned space into a new usable room. Brilliant service from start to finish, ultra professional at all stages. Thank you.

When they came out they were very friendly albeit a bit late. Work was completed however they cracked a few tiles in our bathroom and there were scratches on the doors. When it came to asking them to come back to fix the issues they went all quit. It literally took over 10 months to get them out to fix the issues. Also I left a review on their Facebook page and they deleted it probably why they have no reviews on facebook. Shocking, avoid this company at all costs.

Tried to fleece my Dad for 10k knowing he is vulnerable after having a massive stroke. Refused give details so the family could talk to anyone. Absolutely disgusted.
