Great place. Very friendly - really enjoyed chatting to the locals and it really made our evening. Interesting building too - look out for the petrified cat! (historic artefact, not a recent acquisition!)

What a lovely little pub, quiet, great beer and very helpful landlord who was happy to talk about the history of the building the pub occupies, Visited again today still wonderful.
