Both times I have interacted with Phil, I have found him to be dismissive and rude. I generally give people the benefit of the doubt and treat them as well as possible, but after two separate opportunities to prove himself slightly more upstanding, he failed. I hope to see him again to prove himself worthy of a better score but currently they are fairly and justly low.

Phil is an excellent landlord and a fantastic person to deal with. Couldn't recommend him highly enough for all tenants looking to move into a property.

The best landlord hands down I have ever experienced he makes renting so easy nothing is ever a bother to him. I might just have to rent all my life with phil

Phil is a fab landlord. We have been renting one of his properties for almost 5 months now without any problems but if any issues arise he is very quick to respond. We have a big Labrador and was finding it very difficult to find somewhere else to live with the dog until we found Phil! He made us feel at home straight away, a real friendly top bloke! Lovely cosy property. Highly recommend

I have rented off Phil for 4 years now, his homes are always refurbished to a high standard and he maintains the propertys very well.Very responsive to any problems in the property! I totally recommend Phil as a landlord 100%.
