I found DC Base online rather than through a friend/recommendation so had no frame of reference other than online reviews and photos and I am so glad I chose them. They were extremely patient and helpful whilst I chose what to do with my bathroom, provided great recommendations and I now have a bathroom that I absolutely love. Super friendly, always on time, tidy and overall good value for money. Ive been kept informed throughout the whole process and have had zero stress whilst theyve been working in my home. David has been an enormous help with work required during a difficult time for our family. He is responsive, knowledgeable and friendly, all while making sure we are happy with the progress along the way. Very happy customers here. Looking forward to working with him again in the future!

I highly recommend Dave and Paul who are both very skilled and experienced; they keep in touch and reply to texts, calls and WhatsApp messages. We were spending a lot of money so it was important that we trusted them and they didnt let us down. They did our bathroom from scratch, getting rid of the old one and installing all of the products that we sourced ourselves. They did this with good humour and understood exactly what I wanted as a client. Im sure they thought some of my ideas were a bit odd and a bit particular but they never complained and always rose to the challenge and did their absolute best to make sure I got the bathroom of my dreams. There were a few unforeseen blips along the way because the previous bathroom had been botched in a few places (not done by them!) so they had to problem solve as they went along but Dave explained everything to me; told me what he was going to do to make it right and then sorted the problems. They never complained about this extra work and I always knew they wanted to do the best job for us. We had good banter, interesting conversations and they clean up at the end of every day, with a final big clean at the end what more can you ask for!!
