        Dreadful service. Will reject your package arbitrarily (with no prohibited items). Apparently address behind plastic is not acceptable. I wonder how the millions of letters (in envelopes with windows) manage to pass through without issues all year round.

        Worst Post office in Worcester. The self service tills are always out of order and there is always a massive que. If you do use the self service till you have to wait long periods of time for assistance.

        Staff lovely but was 4th in the queue and waited for 50 minutes to be served. Queue was snaking around the top floor by the time I left. All self services tills out of use. I would avoid if you could
