Eddie responded really quickly to my original email and the initial consultation was really helpful. Eddie had some great suggestions and was really approachable and friendly. Matt carried out the work and we couldn't speak highly enough of his professionalism and resilience! He had to deal with a number of challenges and did so with a huge amount of good will. He stayed late into the evening even though it personally inconvenienced him, and he didn't complain once. He made us feel that the customer absolutely came first. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Eddie and the team. Please be patient with them because they are so busy. They are definitely worth it! Changed our mind about getting a boiler installed as we thought in the long run a heat pump would make more financial sense and obviously good for the environment. Luckily Ed and his team can install both, so we didn't need to change provider. They did an amazing job, everything is setup and working perfectly now! Thanks Guys
