We had an unfortunate emergency where our mains water pipe had ruptured under our neighbour's house and we needed a new mains pipe installed. Tom came out on a Saturday morning to have a look and provided a quote the same day. He started work on the Monday and finished when he said it would be finished. The whole project took 4 days and he and his colleague worked hard to complete it on time. He worked wonders with routing the new pipe, so our kitchen didn't need dismantling. The workmanship is excellent given the difficulty of the job. He is a knowledgeable, honest, hardworking and reliable tradesman and is good value for money. The work comes with a 5 year guarantee and he came back and checked everything the next day in case there were any leaks. Thank you Tom for helping us with this. :D If I could give more stars, I would.

Excellent service, was able to start within a couple of weeks. I had the toilet dug out moved back to enable me to have the toilet I wanted. Floor was all made level, lots of pipe work done to enable the sink to be in a slightly different area. This job was made easy by Tom he got on with it and was happy to get it how I wanted it.
