        Waited a while for Simon to be available. Agreed a 5:30 appointment. Got an email 5:22 to say hed be an hour late. Fair enough, we all get tied up at times. However, after hearing nothing an hour and a half later, I called the number on Checkatrade a couple of times - no answer. However, got a call 10 mins later on a different mobile number to let me know hes on his way. No thanks, you only get one chance to make a first impression - and that wasnt a good one.

        Simon did a fantastic job replacing the shower for my parents and showed great compassion for them when they were in difficulties (they are both in their 90s). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. (The WR5 3BJ address is incorrect though.)
