Just like to thank pharmacist today in Asda(Worcester) who was so willing and professional in dealing with my daughter who was in great pain, especially after local doctors reception over the phone had unprofessionally told her to 'ride out the pain' for a couple of weeks!!! It seems a pharmacists roll in these modern times is even more crucial than ever, so a big well done as you are very much appreciated!!!

Pleasant staff. The problem is they must have the phone off the hook as I have rang countless times. And it is always engaged. I've rang on a number of separate occasions and on a couple of those occasions I have rang over and over again for at least half an hour. So I'm pretty sure the phone is off the hook. I wander if their manager knows about this.

Have always had a good experience in Asia pharmacy before today unfortunately. I went to the pharmacy to try get analgesia for my mother who is suffering from a very painful flare up of her rheumatoid arthritis, the pharmacy assistant was very pleasant however the pharmacist was unfortunately very rude and condescending when I explained my mother's situation and how much pain she was in, unable to get an appt with the GP. Told me to 'just give her paracetamol'. I was quite surprised at this and she refused to give me solpadeine for my suffering mother which sometimes is the only thing to help with her pain as she does not like to take steroids for bad RA flare ups
