Highly recommended !!! Well worth using P&A paving.The lads are brilliant. I had a large block paved drive installed. The price was competitive and the workmanship was quality. The lads are friendly and hard working and it was a pleasure having them carry out the work. I would definitely not hesitate to contact them for any further paving and ground works. I contacted Paul and we agreed on a quote and was told work would begin in 10 weeks. We reached week 14 and I called to ask when it would be done. He came and had to remeasure again - maybe he had forgotten the job. Weeks continued to go by that were filled with promises of start dates. Then his partner called and said he would have to now put the quote up 700 due to increase in the cost of materials. We agreed and were told they would start the following week. After multiple unanswered calls and messages finally Adie answered and swore he would call me that evening guaranteed to arrange a start date. I never heard from they again. Completely unprofessional and have no respect for their customers. Since then we learned from other builders that is quite normal for them and they get a lot of their disappointed customers like us. You blatantly lied in your reply to my original review as I told Adie that we were happy to pay the extra 700 and he said they would be starting the job the following monday. He didnt show up and my calls and messages were ignored. When I finally reached him he swore over and over again he would call me that night and I never heard from either of you again. Neither of you returned my calls or messages for weeks on end - long after the 12 week waiting time. Nor explained what the problem was in doing the job. You even arranged for him to come round and he just didn't show up. All you had to do was keep us informed and treat us with common courtesy. Ignoring customer plees for information on a job agreed is not good business practice for a business no matter how big or small.
