I cannot recommend Avtar at Worcester Eye Care highly enough. He is professional, explains things very clearly and always has the time to treat you as a valued customer. I have visited other Worcester based opticians but Worcester Eye Care is head and shoulders above the rest, in my opinion. With a great range of modern frames to chose from and competitive prices, I would recommend anyone to go there. My Mum and I are very satisfied customers.

Mr Nandra was recommended to me by my Daughter. The service provided was first class. My eye test was conducted in a very patient and relaxed atmosphere, could not be happier with my new vary focals. All in all a much better experience than the high street opticians. Reviewer Mr A Cullen

This place is cool .you will have a very warm welcome. When you're in the shop you are very safe there . They have helped me out because I had a rare eye problem which I was referred to the hospital.next time I gone they see my eyes is better now. If it was not checked by them I could gone blind, which would like to thank you for worcester eye care. The wife had her eye tested and they were very helpful .the price are better than other places. I had decided that I wanted to go to an independent opticians as wasn't getting on with the high street opticians that I normally use. I Googled reputable independent opticians and Worcester Eyecare came out on top. When I had my eye examination I was extremely impressed with the excellent, personal and thorough service I received, nothing was too much trouble. Avtar is a very conscientious caring optician. I decided to try varifocal glasses again even though I had a very bad experience with the high street varifocal glasses before. Avtar made sure that I was perfectly happy with them when I picked them up before letting me wear them out and about. I had a bit of trouble with the reading part of the glasses so went back to see him again and he re examined my eyes just to make sure that he hadn't made a mistake which he hadn't but the reading part needed adjusting. When I went to pick them up again Avtar made sure that I was perfectly happy with them before allowing me to leave wearing them. It has taken me a while to get use to varifocal glasses but now I wouldn't go back to single vision glasses. I highly recommend Worcester Eyecare for their personal, professional service.

Following a recent eye test here (Feb 2020) I just picked up two pairs of glasses prescribed for reading and distance. These are better than any I have had from the big high street stores. Very polite and efficient service at a reasonable cost. Well pleased! Highly recommended. Called back today 20/01/20 as I'd had a mishap with my reading glasses. I'd left a message the day before and Lucy phoned me back this morning asking if I could return them to the shop to see what could be done. She refitted a lens and replaced a cushion on the bridge very efficiently. I had thought that maybe they were beyond repair and the frame may have needed replacement. Very pleased to have them back so quickly and whats more completely free of charge. Returned today 14/12/21 for an eye test, thorough and professional as before. Opted to have a special test for glaucoma using new state of the art equipment. Very pleased with their efficient and personal service.
