        My first visit to Vision Factory was excellent. They have good COVID procedures in place. The staff are all so friendly and professional. Best of all, they could add new lenses to my existing frames (which I love and had no desire to send to landfill). Had my eyes tested on the Monday, I dropped my frames off on the Friday, collected them an hour later. Great service and very good value.

        A new name to me, I decided to visit to get some replacement glasses. Heidi was very helpful, no pressure, and we came up with something that suited me and my pocket! One week later I received a call that my new glasses were in, I popped in and collected them, a slight adjustment and they were perfect. I can't fault The Vision Factory, they will be my first choice for glasses in the future.
