Really impressed with the level of service provided especially by Wendy. They acted quickly to deal with my emergency and communicated without fault throughout the entire process. I was looking for a new optician after my old one sold out to another company and they started using locum's. In Brauchli Opticians I believe I have found a fantastic replacement. Who needs to use large chains who treat you like a number when you can get treated like a human being from great independents

I have been to a few of the main opticians and these are by far the best. Not just because they are very competitive in their price, but because they are very knowledgeable. During the free eye exam, they taught me how to look after my eyes, especially using contacts. You only have one set of eyes, make sure you get a good optician. Really nice people, they helped me out.

Absolutely amazing service. The employees have always gone above and beyond every time I have visited and are always lovely and friendly. I recently broke my glasses and thought I would not be able to get this fixed due to the Covid-19 situation but an optician contacted me back straight away and was able to order me the same pair. They also organised for my glasses to be picked up and the lens changed for when the new glasses had arrived and this was then was delivered back to me which was all done within an hour! I have never received this level of service from any other opticians and will definitely be staying with Brauchli's.
