Mortgages Plain and Simple

I have liased with both Austin and Georgina for our remortgage. They are both really helpful and approachable, they took all the stress out of it, especially with the current financial situation in society. They don't charge a fee for their service, and it genuinely was 5*. Responses were quick with correspondence all over email/phone which is convenient. A friend of ours recommended them and I would as well, we will be going back in 5 years when we're up for remortgage again.

I cannot praise Austin and the team highly enough. We are first time buyers and the whole process was daunting but Austin has excellent communication skills and a vast amount of knowledge, he listened to all of our needs and concerns and was able to explain complex mortgage jargon in laymans terms and spent a lot of time doing so, which we really appreciated. Austin showed professionalism throughout the entire mortgage process, he is extremely knowledgeable about the mortgage market and its ever changing nature and kept us informed throughout the process, this really calmed our nerves and we are very grateful. Austin and Georgies customer service was second to none, they responded promptly to all calls and emails and let us know we had our mortgage offer through at the same time as the bank which was a lovely personal touch. They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the mortgage product and any related insurance add ons. Overall the process was smooth and stress free and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to everyone who is looking for financial advice. I look forward to working with them again in the future when we re-mortgage (which they have already taken the time to explain to us!). Utterly brilliant service - I am one very happy first time buyer thanks to them.
