After explaining what my mother- in- law's needs were for a suitable wheelchair, I have been so impressed by the response of the company and especially by the service provided by Andy. He did a thorough fact finding assessment, brought along a couple of suitable wheelchairs for a try out and gave a really good demonstration and explanation of each chair's particular features. He was polite and patient throughout and did not rush me, which led me to purchase one of the wheelchairs shown and we were able to keep it straightaway. A problem arose a couple of weeks later and Andy called by the care home to put it right straightaway on the same day! The problem was due to human error and nothing wrong with the chair. However, we were very impressed by the after sales service. Thank you!

I have been a customer at Countrywide for some time now. I have had items such as a scooter, adjustable bed, rise and recline chair, plus other smaller items. On every occasion I have had first class service at the shop and in my home. Staff have gone above and beyond to help me.

I just want to say I have been very impressed by how you have dealt with bed repair when the outer coating began to crack and come off the coils linking the motors to the movable parts. After contacting you, Wayne came and examined the bed the following day, and ordered the new coils and hard wired motors. Exactly a week later he returned and fitted them. Each time he arrived promptly and was friendly and efficient. Thank you Wayne
