When I rang to find out when my vehicle was ready for collection, I was told it was in the queue for cleaning. When I made the journey to Worcester and collected my car, it had not been cleaned.

We have bought a few cars from Lookers Mercedes of Worcester...every time it has been a great experience but last year we were lucky enough to meet Will Nock of the sales team. A year ago we went into the dealership and I told him my must haves and dislikes and he helped us find the perfect car....then a couple of weeks ago we went back again to part exchange our slk and look for a newer car, again Will couldn't do enough to help us, he always makes us feel welcome and valued. We are always greeted warmly by the lovely Marie on reception and offered a coffee! All the team are so welcoming and friendly..I thoroughly recommend them if you're looking for a quality car
