I have just completed 4 sessions with Jo following breast cancer treatment last year. After my radiotherapy I developed lymphodema in my left breast. I was referred by the breast unit to Jo for some treatment. I can't recommend Jo enough! She has been so professional and informative throughout all of my sessions. I have learnt so much from Jo to help me reduce the lympodema. I will definitely be back to see Jo in the future! Thanks Jo x

I had my first Reiki treatment wit Catherine yesterday. She was very welcoming and immediately made me feel comfortable and explained the treatment and benefits. I found it intensely relaxing and am looking forward enjoying the benefits in the coming days and weeks!

I had my first MLD appointment with Jo today. She was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at ease by listening to my symptons/concerns & then asking me questions. Jo then talked through the treatment process so I knew what to expect and made suggestions that I could try for myself at home. (These arrived the same day by email with very helpful links). Jo is a professional and knowledgeable therapist with a true passion for her work. I left feeling extremely calm and relaxed. Thank you Jo.
