Stuart provides insightful advice and guidance as well as addresing any aches and pains that I might have encountered when training. He is a careful listener and takes into account my exercise regime, understands my goals and helps me learn more about how to manage my day to day activities. I feel totally relaxed and comfortable in a trusting environment, even if sometimes there is some deep tissue work to be done. Visiting WMT has had a fantastic impact on my health and well-being, and played an important part in keeping my healthy living progress on track. I recommend Stuart without reservation or hesitation.
