I am so impressed with the customer service I had from Nikki Burton (marketing executive) yesterday that I had to write a review of her. I went online to put in an announcement for my grandparents anniversary and the total was coming out as 71! I called a number off google for Worcester news and was put through to Nikki (I dont think it is her job to do announcements) but she assisted me without hesitation and put the announcement in for me and took payment which was actually only 17! She was so lovely and professional and very willing to help and I am extremely grateful.

Spoke to Catia about a memoriam I wanted printed for the 1st Anniversary of my mom's death. She was so helpful ,suggesting a picture to go alongside ,which was a lovely idea. Cannot fault the service ,emailed my request and phoned to make payment ,all staff very pleasant and professional.
