Cons: Not sound proof and the outside noises were very audible in an apartment on a lower level. They don't seem to have any ventilation ducts in the halls and there is usually a musty odor of stale food. The carpets needs upgrading, as they are stained especially in the lobby. One has to pay extra for parking, but all the parking spaces were filled. The only shelving for storage is in the kitchen. Some of the tenants were seen using drugs on the steps once. Cell and wifi services are terrible inside the building. Pros: it's centrally located, close to the train station, bus station and shops. The building has a functional elevator to every floor. The apartments are reasonable sized and I liked the layout except the bathroom as there was no window. Safety features: there is a chain lock for safety on the apartment door, cameras in the lobby and car park and the building is accessed by fobs. If you are not home, your package gets delivered to the agent 2 doors down, so no need to fret. The prices for the rent are quite affordable. Neighbours are friendly and quiet.
