Last week we discovered that we couldn't lock our main door to our house. In a panic we googled Locksmiths and came upon Worcester Locksmith Services Ali listening to our concerns and within half an hour was at our house to look at the faulty lock . He was very friendly and polite as well as professional. He took less than an hour to do a temporary fix and then sent us an Amazon link for the required replacement mechanism As soon as this arrived Ali popped back and fitted the completely new lock He kindly only charged us for the initial visit as he couldn't complete the required task on his first visit as he hadn't got the exact parts required in stock We we're totally satisfied with his workmanship, his great work ethic and the fact that he charged us a reasonable price as compared to some nationwide companies who have been known to overcharge on upon occasion. We would recommend his company to our friends and family
