An excellent experience from beginning to end. I like the fact Huw holds a couple of calls prior to any face to face meeting taking place. This provides both parties with the opportunity to explore needs & wants and to see if Huw can match his experience to your needs. Following various meetings, we were able to identify areas for improvement and development. The profiling really helped to recognise both the strengths and those areas to use more as a Leader & Coach. Having completed these in the past, it was great to have the time to work on them in much more detail. I would recommend Huw to improve many skills and areas that make you a more rounded and complete business coach, motivator and operator.

I had reached a point in my life, and career, where I had lost focus on what I was doing and what I wanted to achieve. I reached out to Huw and, over the course of his programme, I have come to learn a lot about myself, my motivations and, perhaps most importantly, I have been equipped with the tools to enable me to self-analyse in a much more objective manner.
