Very poor service from a firm we have used for 6+ years... Reeling from a bereavemet in my family, Probate solicitors required a simple certified copy of my passport and copy of my council tax bill(for address purposes I presume) Easy, I thought... nope, because James Flanagan the assistant allotted to me was unsure of the validity of my council tax bill..! Where did yo get this from? My wife(she deals with that kind of stuff) from the city council...I reply. I can't tell if it's been posted or not he says... Me neither, but here's my drivers licence with the same name and address on it if that helps? er, um and various other audiable expressions ensue, he then says, 'well I'll need to take some copies for our records...' I didn't think you were allowed to do that, I say...er, um...more sounds, i cut in and say 'can you get a supervisor to explain the whole process to me, as I've done this before, but I may be missing something... Needless to say he dissappeared for 10 mins, then dissappeared for anoth 12-13 mins, then came back and said he couldn't do any thng for me! Was it my appearamce? Tall, dark, scruffy in utility clothing?(I'd just left work)... Needless to say, i was made to feel somewhat inferior, had my legitimacy questioned and wasted and hour of my life, i'll never get back! What's going on with this firm? I will not be using them again, ever...

Nadia at Harrison Clark Rickerbys and her team were amazing. They were recommended by another lawyer outside of the area and Im so pleased I listened to them. Nothing was too much trouble for them and no question was stupid, they were patient, listened and provided support through what was a very stressful time. Nadia and her team guided me through my divorce, were able to advise on finances and parental agreement. Without their help I would not be in the position I am in now. I cant recommended or thank them enough!

Had a 30 minute informal meeting with there transport lawyer Mr Aled Owen in a Starbucks cross hands with which I note he spent 20 minutes of it on his phone to other clients ( Seriously) , several days later decided not to proceed with this firm, then to receive 600 costs for the meeting , as there law lawyers felt pressured to pay the bill and not fight it. Simple as that, other reviews similar to extortionate costs do you research!!!

Absolutely woeful!!!! The rudest, most arrogant bunch of legal beagles that I have ever encountered. THEY ARE VERY TERRITORIAL ABOUT THEIR PRECIOUS PARKING SPACES AT THE REAR OF THEIR OFFICES. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS!!!! Negative feedback on 11 internet forums lol !!!! NEW IN 2022 - Private parking enforcement at rear of offices, YOU ARE NOT LEGALLY OBLIGED TO PAY ANY PRIVATE CLAIM FOR PARKING!!!!
