Visited on Monday. Concept is really good but there are still kinks that need working out. The only reason for 2 stars was mainly due to the friendly staff. The prices are quite extortionate for what you get. Ordered 2 small meals and 2 drinks (water and cola) and it cost us 20. When I use the term small to give you an idea about the size of a computer CD (see pics from other reviews) Due to a busy weekend (according to staff) they were out of stock with a lot of products. The other two issues are if you need service you need to get up and chase someone down, Ideally a little button on the corner of the table would work fantastic, to let someone know you need help as someone which mobility issues and unseen disabilities this was very frustrating and its not easy getting in/out of the booth when you need help. The other problem is its ALL do it yourself, you scan the barcode order off the site pay and it goes through to the chefs. This isn't "bad" per se, but it would be so much better and customer friendly if there was a tablet built into the table (like they do in Japan). Myself and my party really struggled finding what we wanted on a small screen briefly caused tension in the dining party as we couldn't find anything, everyone wanted to see what was going on and wanted to +/- minus items. Won't be recommending or returning anytime soon.
