The guy there is quite rude and condescending! I went there with my mum once and spent over 30 pounds on the food and no complaints there but when we had leftovers and asked for a bag, he asked for 10p(this was after paying with an international card) instead of just giving it to a returning customer! I'm sure the 10p adds up but im sure 30 pounds would've sufficed for an all bone no meat goat curry. I took it with a pinch of salt and went there again today where the man greeted me and when I went to place my order he rudely pointed at his staff indicating that he wasn't taking my order which I didn't look much into but when the time came to pay his card machine was faulty and the lady asked me to put my card in the machine instead of tapping. I went in to put it in and the machine which was in a styrofoam case and loosely hanging on the divider, it moved so slightly and the jumped in to attack and say "don't break the card machine bro, be careful with it don't break it!" seriously chill out mate! I can tell the guy is stressed out but your customers are not the ones to take it out on and neither is your staff. The food is good but the treatment matters more.
